Nina Webster is CEO/Founder of The S.P.O.T (Successfully Preparing Our Teens) and has served in the Michigan, Texas, and Louisiana Communities for over 15 years as a certified Youth Advocate. The S.P.O.T was founded in the fall of 2007 and has served youth in the states of Texas and Louisiana.
Webster has completed numerous volunteer assignments for various national and local clients such as Young Life, The Mentoring Partnership of NWLA, The Mayor of Shreveport, LA Cedric Glover Mentor Initiative, Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Shreveport, Forever Jones, and KBWC 91.1. Webster has also served as the 2nd Vice President for the Optimist Club of Marshall, TX
Webster hosted a weekly empowerment show called “Speak On It” located on the Wiley College Campus. The show focused on issues that adolescents deal with on a regular basis. Webster is credited with founding “I AM” Ministries International in Shreveport, Louisiana. An organization designed to bring men and women together from all walks of life while encouraging them to reach their full potential in Christ Jesus.
Webster is a 2011 graduate of Wiley College with a BS in Business Administration-Concentration in Organizational Management. She is a board member of The Bridge of Compassion located in Marshall, Texas.
Webster has dedicated her life to the service of others. She inspires those who dare to dream and maintains professional relationships within the community. It is her desire to further the vision. Thus, the SPOT will expand to accommodate the increasing interest.
